	Photoshop/Elements Essentials for Photographers I Learn the essential tools and techniques needed to edit your photos and make them look their best.  The class will cover selection tools, tonal adjustments (brightness/contrast, levels, shadow/highlights, etc.), cropping, cloning, touch-up techniques, layers and workflow.  We will also explore image alteration and manipulation, and some of the more creative functions that can help generate new ideas and take your work to a new level. 	Landscapes & Seascapes Fine tune your eye and learn to create images that communicate. In this four-week workshop-style class, we will photograph beautiful beaches, lighthouses and other scenic locations and icons. The emphasis will be on composition -- how the lines, shapes, colors and other elements of a scene, plus camera techniques, can be used to compose an expressive image. 	The Nature of Cape Cod Join John and co-instructor Bob Singer for a special weekend photographing the natural beauty of Cape Cod. We will visit some of Cape Cod’s most scenic and fertile shooting grounds. Highlights include a visit to an uninhabited island that is home to seals, birds, coyotes and other animals. We will explore unspoiled beaches, marshes and trails within the Cape Cod National Seashore, rich with coastal flora and fauna, including blue herons, red tail hawks, osprey, piping plovers and more.
